All categories have a maximum number of winners
but the selection will be based on the merits of the participating companies.
Besides the above criteria, the participating
companies must meet the following terms and conditions:
-Need to be Malaysian-incorporated. (Not applicable for foreign nominees under International Eagle Award
-Must meet the three-year turnover requirements of the respective categories.
-Nomination from the parent and more than one subsidiaries from the same group are acceptable.
-Must submit audited financial statements for the last three years i.e. financial year
